A Year of Growth, Impact & Shared Purpose
As we close the year 2025, we invite you to look behind the scenes of the Fund for Education (FFE) and discover the stories, partnerships, and milestones that shaped our mission this year. From training opportunities to school workshops and expanded scholarship programs, this year has been one of meaningful progress—made possible by supporters who believe that every young person, no matter where they are born, deserves the chance to study, grow, and thrive.
Together, we witnessed how collective contributions—big or small—help build a path for young learners’ future.
1. Launch of Our New Workshops Program
Supporting Education in the Global South, Empowering individuals in Europe.
In 2025, FFE successfully launched a new initiative: workshop plans for children aged 6–9 and 10–15, designed to help young learners develop crucial life skills.
We delivered 24 workshops across schools, beginning with Athens, Greece—focusing on four increasingly essential topics:
- Financial Literacy
- Green Literacy
- Unity in Diversity
- Resilience
These interactive sessions were attended by around 400 students and led to strong outcomes for personal development. Participants strengthened their interpersonal skills, boosted communication and teamwork, and enhanced their emotional intelligence.
Beyond local impact, each workshop also contributed directly to FFE’s mission in the Global South, with the funds raised helping to expand educational access for underprivileged youth. This initiative marks the beginning of a long-term commitment to empowering students both in Europe and in developing regions.

2. Online Learning for the Global South: 39 Online Courses Delivered in 2025
This year, FFE provided 39 online courses to 606 trainees across the Global South and beyond through our LMS, the Arena learning hub. These courses supported learners in gaining both soft and technical skills essential for future employability:

These collaborations enabled us to expand our programs, reach new communities, and build a stronger foundation for long-term impact.

5. Organizations Positively Impacted in 2025
FFE’s work extends across multiple countries through partnerships, training, and support programs. The following organizations benefited directly from our initiatives:
- PWA High – Kenia
- FAAL – Austria
- Lomthunzi Foundation – Zambia
- Hope Filled Horizons – UK
- Education Africa – Johannesburg
- Wezesha Foundation – Kenya
Each collaboration reflects our commitment to enabling sustainable educational growth—not through one-off support, but through long-term empowerment.
Looking Ahead
2025 highlighted that when communities, partners, mentors, and donors come together, we create pathways to education that would otherwise remain out of reach.
For many young people, these programs represented their first workshop, their first certificate, their first university year, or their first chance to envision a different future.
As we move into 2026, we remain dedicated to expanding these opportunities—because talent is universal, but opportunity is not.
And together, we can change that.
